Guarantee:

Simply Fondue must receive an exact final headcount 7 calendar days prior to the event date. There is a 8-person minimum for fixed menu events. This final headcount will be used as the minimum number of guests for which you will be charged. This number is not subject to reduction. If your final headcount increases, Simply Fondue will make every attempt to accommodate your group in the same dining area.

Food and Beverage: (In event of space rental only)

All menus need to be finalized no later than 7 calendar days prior to your event. Simply Fondue is the sole provider of food. Birthday Cakes may be brought in from an outside source. If you bring in your own wine, a corkage fee of $20 per 750ml bottle will be applied to your final bill. Due to market availability, menu items and ingredients may change at any time.

Promotions and Specials:

Due to the discount that is already given to larger parties we will be unable to accept any Groupons, coupons or any additional special promotions unless otherwise arranged with management.

Deposit and Payment:

A deposit will not be required for your event. Instead, a signed contract and valid credit card number will be required to be on file no later than 7 calendar days prior to your event. Final billing will take place the day of your event. The final bill may exceed the estimated total, based on actual consumption, number of attendees, etc. Promotional gift cards or additional discounts may not be applied towards your bill. We do not allow more than 4 split checks per table.

Service Charge and Sales Tax:

There is a 20% gratuity and 8.25% sales tax, which will be added to your final bill. This applies to food, beverage, and gratuity.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made less than 7 calendar days before the event will be charged $25 per person. If the event is cancelled less than 3 calendar days before, you will be charged $35 a person.

Dining Space:

The dining space will be set up approximately 30 minutes prior to the event reservation time. On some occasions your event space maybe available for earlier access to set up. However, check with the management staff to verify.

Reservation Policy:

It is essential that your entire group be on time. If your party arrives late, Simply Fondue cannot guarantee completion of all dining courses. Events are scheduled for 3 hours and we ask that you respect this time allotment to be respectful of waiting parties.

All of the following options will come with assorted seasonally fresh vegetables as well as stuffed mushrooms and batter, in addition to our house-made three cheese striped raviolis. Also it is important to note that all options come set with the “Traditional” cooking style. If another cooking style is preferred please inform us below.
